Turnaround, every now and then I get a little bit terrified
And then I see that look in your eye's
So who in Painesville is terrified?
Best guess most illegal's as well as their families.
So I come to offer advise to some of you 'good' people who want to do right by these people.
I don't expect you to take it but please remember they will be the ones shipped out of the country, not you. In the past 16 years of the Bush and Obama years those administration's might not have taken to much of an active role in the deportation of illegal's in this country. Due to the result's of the last election things have changed.
Some of you have become well versed in getting print media, as well as TV media to follow your cause. This new administration in Washington might view this exposure as waving a red cape in front of a bull? Maybe it's the right time to go silent? You know out of sight out of mind? No calling WKYC over OVI stops. No rally's in Veteran's Park. just chill .
I realize you believe your heart is in the right place but are you helping the situation or making it worse here in Painesville for these people?
Just a thought I thought to share with you!

Kind of along those lines, if a group held a "peaceful rally" and no one else came (no protestors and no media), did they really hold a rally?
IOW, by showing up to counter-protest (either way) or to cover the event for the media, credence is given to the rally.
If no one hears the message, it goes no farther.
You want the Feds to come down on your little slice of Heaven?
Just keep getting in the way of law officials doing the job the law requires of them.
It likely won't end well for you.
I am terrified living here in this city. I am no-Mexican and very scared with the take over here. Gangs? PPD has said "no gangs here". Really? They must be looking in all the wrong places because they are here and getting stronger with each problem that walks over the border.

I had to give kudos a few meetings ago to the priest from St. Marys that showed up at a meeting. He was invited to say a prayer and was given a script from the ACLU - he stuck to his prayer script and said no thanks to the ACLU. I thought that was awesome.
What ever happened to the free house that Veronica Dahlberg was supposed to get from the Land Bank in Painesville? Did she get it? Does anyone know the details on the finances concerning that? Does anyone know what it's being used for?
3:42 V.D.'s clubhouse has hit a snag. Seems when the building was used as a car dealership two oil tanks were installed inside the building. Until they are removed nothing can move forwards. Oh, I have been told the tanks won't fit thru the door.

Probably a place to welcome the busloads of illegals as they come into Painesville, and make them comfy and feed them until they can get housing.
