I wouldn't be a police officer in Painesville City for five times the money their making!
An officer has to wonder, WTF do you people want?
I real bad morning starts by pulling a vehicle over and asking the driver for license and registration. and getting "Si" back as your answer.
Your bad morning is going to turn into a bad day Why did you pull him/her over ? did you profile them, better not bring ICE in on this!
So what's this all about?
Seems tonight Saturday the Ohio Highway Patrol and Painesville Police will set up an OVI checkpoint at a location some have now called 'Little Mexico?'
A local group will be out looking for what they call 'civil rights violations' at these checkpoints.
Now a new resident to our city Kelsey Fischer (welcome) who moved to our city from Lakewood a couple of months ago according to WKYC news she and her friend Maria along with co-operation from HOLA will act as civil right observers at the checkpoints from 9:00pm to Midnight tonight. They even started an email chain warning illegals about the time and location of the checkpoint.
Now if there is a God and I wish no harm to befall the Fischer family. I wonder what the consequences would be if an illegal, unlicensed driver without insurance would do damage to their vehicle? Ask someone who's suffered this faith?
This plus a wishe-washy letter to the editor that appeared in today's News-Herald by our city manager about Policy 413 ( she's looking for RAZA for advice?) To survive in the Ville' someone better grow a pair!
Least we forget Father Vellenga called the Ohio State Highway Patrol 'evil'.
So officers enjoy your night, with Kelsey, Maria,VD and maybe the good Father will even show up.
To Painesville Police officer's buy a good magazine when you go on duty next week. Save yourselves a lot of aggravation and ONLY pull over vehicles driven by known citizens.
Someone asked me what I believed the repercussions of this will be? I really believe Hal Werner will pick-up votes over B.S. like this!

So, where will the checkpoint be? I have no idea where "Little Mexico" is.
As an aside, I hope these women, along with their Unamerican over-sized sets, who boldly think they should be second guessing and supervising or police, get in the way, and get arrested. Hope they take VD first. And that's just what we need is another big mouth (Kelsey Fischer) bothering our city and our police.
That's enough for me: I want every last illegal out of this city and out of this country. I mean, just who in the F'ing hell do these people think they are? And why are the police announcing beforehand where they will be and what they will be doing? And our city manager is looking to RAZA for advice? She needs to go, too.
That's enough. I suggest we find the address of ICE, and everyone who knows of an illegal in this city, send the information to them, so they can see if they want to get them now or later. Right now, ICE is asking for help identifying any illegal gang members, so if anyone knows of any in this city, I would do that posthaste. For me, one of my neighbors is illegal, making themselves just as comfy as possible in this country. I'll start my letter with them. It's time for every legal citizen to fight back.

As for the checkpoint, those have gone on for years here. So, for those women to make it a race issue is wrong. I remember someone saying there is a bus that comes through town depositing illegals here on Richmond Street. Now that's wrong.
TO all the Boo-Hoo'ers of the woman deported. I recall reading and in the letter from the city manager in the paper, again it was mentioned this woman was deported back in 2001 or 2002. AND she still snuck back in a second time! These people have serious issues by not abiding or adhering to the laws of the USA. So, you wonder why there are so many angry American City residents here?
I can only hope that our police and/or the Highway Patrol dispatch an extra officer to monitor these people who think they are going to interfere in any way with their procedure tonight.
It is now official, and just what we thought all along. Our city has been telling us this is not a sanctuary city, but that has always just been pulling the wool over our eyes. Our city manager now has it in black and white in the newspaper. We have purposefully written a policy that is different from the federal policy as it concerns illegal aliens, and we are not notifying ICE upon the arrest of every illegal alien, no matter what the arrest was for, and that is not what the federal policy calls for. That is the definition of a sanctuary city. ICE needs to be notified immediately.
Our City Manager, Monica Irelan, goes on to say how they are "following a clear, strict policy designed to keep all of our citizens safe." Well, excuse me, but if they are watering down the federal policy to protect the illegals and, therefore, keep them among us then, no, these policies are not designed to keep all of the citizens safe; they are designed to keep the illegals safe, and to continue to let non-citizens live among legal citizens of this country.
She goes on to say she wants to appreciate all points of view. So here's one for ya, Monica: FOLLOW THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA OR GET OUT OF PUBLIC OFFICE. This is a nation of laws; that is the only way we can continue to have our country, and they are not negotiable for any legal citizen, so why should they be negotiable for the illegal aliens. It's very simple, Monica, as I said above, FOLLOW THE LAWS OF THIS COUNTRY, OR GET OUT OF PUBLIC OFFICE.
FINALLY our city has confirmed that we are, indeed, a sanctuary city. Anyone against this needs to notify ICE first thing Monday morning when their office opens up. Let's ALL do it, and hopefully we can get someone out here.
As far as I can tell, the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) would be the place to call to convey that information, or to find out what is the correct number/address at 1-888-351-4024.
The Detroit Field Office that handles Ohio is 1-313-568-6049. I think this is an ICE office, in general, and if so, this would also be a good place to call, it seems.
We need to make sure that the proper people are notified as many times as possible, and told that Painesville is a sanctuary city, so that we can get on the list of sanctuary cities and get someone out here.
As a side note, I just saw where the illegals leaving America and going to Canada are livid because there is no free housing, food, phones, etc., for them! If you think you are working too hard for the money that you have left in your pockets, and that your health care premiums are way too high, Americans, you are right, and there is a big reason why. You're probably supporting somewhere between 20 million and 40 million illegals and their children.
Let's all make the calls and write the letters now. It's time to take our town back and make it a sanctuary for legal American citizens.
So these people, trying to make POLITICAL points, and advocating for ILLEGALS, had the nerve to attempt to bother and/or distract our police and the highway patrol officers while they were doing the DANGEROUS job of pulling over unknown motorists, legal and illegal, in this day and age of officers lives being in so much constant jeopardy? I would really just like to know who in the world do these people think they are? That's it. Get them out; get them all out.
SRO - whatever happened to the one at the middle school everyone wanted? The one they originally hired ran for the hills. They can't do their job with the principal pushing against them can they? Be easier to get new administration to run the zoo there than going through people that are trying to help them? If one has to be a sworn officer, does the one at the high school qualify?
7:11 I pushed for that, but I know there was a job posting for that position. I've always felt the building administration was never to keen on a "policeman" in there building? See they as well as the system administration never wanted outside documentation of the goings on in that building. I was once taken on a dog and pony show there? Let's pray nothing bad happens there or they get another SRO officer soon. There are over 320 students in that building.

Whatever happened to Veronica Dahlberg, the woman who helps all illegals, and who had the nerve to apparently be "monitoring" the Painesville police and the Highway Patrol officers yesterday, and the house she was supposed to get -- for free, from the Land Bank?
I agree, 4:55. There is only one point of view, and that is the law. How dare our city manager play games with our lives. And now she has put out a new All Points Bulletin, by means of that article in the newspaper, that will inform all illegals to, once again, come to Painesville, because you'll be safe here. Do you hear that, Monica? There is only one point of view, and that is the law. Not your made-up law, fudging it for your own benefit, but the actual law, as written by the feds.
Our city manager is picking and choosing what parts of what laws our city will comply with. Are you kidding me? Is this The United States of America, or is this Mexico? Answer: This is The United States of America, Ms. Irelan, and just because our town is filled with illegal Mexicans, does not mean that you can circumvent the laws of THIS country. This is unbelievable, really. Can we impeach her? Then she can go fudge with the laws in Mexico, where they do such things, and where they end up with a country like Mexico.
So is all of this correct?
- Our police chief, who serves at the pleasure of our city manager, wrote a policy that purposefully goes against the laws of America, and the current laws of our federal government. This constitutes illegal activity, doesn't it?
- Our city manager, who serves at the pleasure of council, made sure that the federal laws will not be followed in our city. This constitutes illegal activity, doesn't it?
- Our city council members, who are elected by the people, and who hire the city manager, who rules the police chief, made and allowed this to happen. This constitutes illegal activity, doesn't it?
Is that how it works around here?
If so, then, all incumbent city council members must be voted out of office. God help us, but that means that Hal Werner is the only option in his slot. Fortunately, Maria Cerja is off the ballot, because she didn't submit enough valid signatures but, unfortunately, that gives that slot automatically to Lori DiNallo, who is an incumbent who let this lawbreaking happen. For the third slot, the choice is between Marsita Ferguson and Traci Montgomery, if neither of them are Hispanic and/or of the mindset to help Painesville City and the illegals break the laws of America.
It is now official; we live in an unlawful, sanctuary city.
To all of you, tonight at 7:30 all of you can share your thought's with the people that matter at the Painesville Council Meeting! Council people as well as the administration and city manager will be in attendance. Please feel free to share your thought's with them. Chances are much more will be accomplished then a comment to this blog.
How So? I thought illegal, immigration, 413 was not to be brought up at council meetings? BECAUSE there is a committee to deal with this now. But we don't know where, when these people meet. We are not invited. The committee is so lopsided and wrong. How many of these folks even live within this city? If you don't live here, you shouldn't be a part of it. Dahlberg, Soto and anyone else, give up your seat to someone that lives here. Ms. Irelan and council, do the right thing and re-organize by advertising for the Majority here that want to do right.
8:31, if that is true, then that is a nice little slimy trick, isn't it? In order to shut everyone up at the meetings, assign a task force that meets in private. End of problem. Sanctuary city intact; no mention of it at council meetings from legal citizens. This city has been a slimy mess since I moved here over two decades ago, and it continues with this present council, the city manager, the managing assistant, and the police chief.
