Did you notice the population was over 90% white? Maybe that is the difference.
That may be the difference but shouldnt we be able to work through that? I don't know? I thought the big difference was income.
BIG F DEAL
The average income in this town is twice that of the City of Painesville. If your argument is that Painesville's administration should seek to be more like this town, you should be supportive of efforts to bring upscale housing into downtown.
