"LAND OF CONFUSION" genesis
Now did you read the news today?
They say the danger has gone away
Let me explain a story about a company with a problem. First they own a coal mine with very low-grade coal, at the same time they devise a scheme to build a billion dollar coal fired power plant. Now they don't want to be responsible for this endeavor so they have to find a couple of lackeys to absorb the cost of this undertaking. So they find "experts" like AMP-OHIO who want to get into the power generation business bad! With one caveat not with their money. But they have even bigger fools purchasing power from them who they go to with this ambitious plan to buy into this Prairie State Energy Campus.
Now some of these communities know as much about electric power generation as they do brain surgery, this works to AMP-OHIO's benefit. So this 1.8 billion dollar project balloons to not quite 5 billion dollars. The architect of this whole scheme decides to keep a 5% investment in the operation. But with AMP-OHIO' knowledge they were the only entity that could sellout their share of the plant. So you guessed it they did, for $57,000,000. that's a lot of money but if the plant is worth close to 5 billion the 5% share should be worth close to $246,000.000. So who's telling the truth?
Are Painesville ratepayers paying the loan off of something worth 5 billion or 1 billion?
Strange how Peabody was the only one with an escape clause.
Now the $57,000,000 that Peabody will receive that amount should not go to them but to the 200 Municipal power communities.
This 57 million is a drop in the bucket as it would only pay for 20+ days of free power to the 200 communities. This giving you an idea how much debt we owe.how much debt we owe.
Peabody in truthfulness will get out and take some cash with them Will AMP-OHIO care? I don't think so as they don't have a financial investment in the plant.
To the present city council as well as the administration I get the idea you could care less?
If there is any justice in the world soon you will have to deal with it.
To the experts at Peabody as well as AMP-OHIO they must in honesty stop using the term Expert's in the Electric Power Industries. For that matter do not use the term 'Power Partner' you hardly are.
To thank the different AMP-OHIO partners that came to Painesville to sell this failed program to former city manager Rita McMahon as well as Council-President Joseph Hada a special thanks to
Pam Sullivan, Kent Carson, John Bentine esq., and a special Thank-You to; do you have any idea what your selling Marc Gerkins. ?
Now before we get to the many reasons Donald Trump shouldn't show his tax returns.
Trump got a big boost today from New Jersey Governor Chris Christy. You remember when he called Trump the "Entertainer-in-Chief" and "Someone who going to talk off the top of their head1"
The New York / New Jersey connection.
