Thought it might be relevant to the issues in Paine.
Poke around the website a bit. Never been to this town, but looks like a fairly transparent and documented city.
What can we say about Paine?

This is your site. I don't understand all the negativity you speak out with, yet no solutions. Very good at bringing up all the bad with no answers.
No answers? How about some new council people some that haven't been on council forever, can think for themselves, and are healthy enough to serve?
This with a new administration that doesn't take the easy,lazy way all the time.
