"LOVE LETTERS IN THE SAND" pat boone

"LOVE LETTERS UNDERWATER"
You got to wonder what these rabbits were thinking when they finally took over the Burrows Association. Seems to me the Bear had their fuzzy tails protected and they turned around and screwed it up.
Was the Queen aware of this? What is the real motive of her kingdom to get this property?

September 5,2003

Ms. XXXX XXXXXXX Secy.
Millstone Condominium Unit
Owners Association,Inc.

Dear XXXX:
This letter is to serve as a follow-up to my letter to you dated July 15,2003 regarding the Millstone insurance coverage that were previously provided through our agency.

With respect to the Businessowners package policy, you indicated that you had repaced that coverage effective 07/01/03. I sent a form to you to sign and return so that our policy could be terminated as of same date. I never received that form, and in turn that poliucy was cancelled effective 08/21/03 due to nonpayment of premium. If you wish to re-cancel this poliy as of 07/01/03 please sign and return the cacellation request form.

With respect to the Flood Insurance policies, subsequent to my July 15 letter to you I received rewritten policies for all flood coverages. These rewrites were done by National Flood without direction from our agency. The policies are rewritten to the RCBAP {Residential Condominium Building Assn. Policy}, format however I want to caution you that we still believe these policies do not provide the proper limit of coverage nor do they meet the requirements of the RCBAP program, and it may be that they won't preform in the event of a flood lose. I note that National Flood has REDUCED the limit of coverage on each building/policy-apparently to result in close to the same premium that has been paid for the prior policy/format.

It is my understanding that these policies are now in the process of being changed to another agent, and I strongly recommend that you and your new agent work with Natinal Flood to make the necessary amendments to these policies so that the Association is properly protected.
After your review, if you have any questions or need additional information, please let me know.

Sincerely,
XXXXX X. XXXXX

Now rember NO city money was to be used in this settlement. {per the City Manager}
Please explain;

Funding Description
Federal Share 75% $3,047,961.00
State Share 12.5% $ 507,994.00
Local
City of Painesville CASH 7.1% $ 286,743.00 ????????????????????????????
Local: ICC Funds 3.7% $ 150,000.00
Local: CDBG Fubnds 1.8% $ 71,250.00

All this Drama because some rabbits wanted to be cheap in a flood area. Now the other chipmunks, squirrels, bears, chickens, deer along with the fish in the river can pay the Queen.
What ever happened to telling people the truth?

After reading this do any of you still want to lay all the blame on the Bear?

If this letter is fact it should be published in the News-Herald Although I still blame the Bear for some of this. This letter along with the numbers have me thinking what's really going on?

CDBG ??? If memory seves me right. Thats Community Development Block Grant Just what is being developed?
ICC funds that could be anything I guess? Our Queen plays lose and flashy with our money.

I never understood this whole thing anyway. Why would the citizens of Painesville bail out - or should I say BUY out - people who didn't have enough insurance? If I am negligent and do not buy enough house insurance and something bad happens, is the city of Painesville going to come BUY me out and save me? Really, What am I missing?

You're missing the fact that the Queen is using this deal to avoid paying interest to the state of Ohio on an absolutely unrelated loan...the fact that these under-insured people are made 'whole' is totally incidental. I think this might fall under the title "creative financiang".

After over 4 years one must question what are we all still here? The Bears wants more money because he has not been comphensated in this agreement with the Queen. The Queen either didn't care or didn't check.
Somehow Term I believe you are right the squirrels and deer are about to pay.
What was all this "local" funding going to be used for? Road repair, did it come out of the general fund?

If this is from a real Insurance Co. don't you think it would be spelled correct ?

Don't belive it.

And Bob the bear is at fault for building in a flood zone.

I don't "belive" you spell any better then I do. I transposed the letter I typed it on the blog. could be my mistake. I think it will all come out in the settlement.
If you don't "belive" it, wheres the insurance?

You wonder why the citys screwedup? Lets see "Taste of Painesville" same day as the first game of the season for Ohio State, last preseason game for the Browns. Why not do it on Friday when the car people are also downtown?
We plan a city picnic on 9/11 who was the bright mind behind this? Sorry, I won't feel like a picnic that day. Termmie you have to start to wonder?

I can forgive "Taste of Painesville" until about 10 days ago I didn't realize OSU season started on a Thursday. You have to wonder how many opertunities we missed when we had that captive car audience. Just so some of you know "ToP" Is the brainchild and hard work of PCIC not the city administration, I could be wrong.
As far as the city picnic on 9/11 I to believe it was a bad choice of day. To me its may just be alittle to early to have a picnic on the solemn day. I just not in the mood to celebrate the lives that perished on to many families in America are still suffering the loss of a loved one on that day.
Sorry, no picnic that day for me.

Heard a rumor Lt. Klein retired from PPD and is now head of security for Lake Erie College.
Any truth to this?

IS THE RACE FOR THE CURE OK WITH YOU GUYS IT IS ON 9/11

YOU MUST MOVE ON CALL SOMEONE AND TELL THEM YOU LOVE OR MISS THEM, BUT MOVE ON, HAVE A PARTY LIVE LIFE, DON'T LET THEM WIN, A CITY WIDE PICNIC IS A GOOD THING.

Taste of Painesville is a city event, PCIC just participates like everyone else.

At September 3, 2010 at 4:44 AM , Anonymous TERM>> said...

7:57 I don't know why don't you ask someone who lost a loved one that day. Seems they WIN either way.
Well you can go from the Fire Station where they will have a memorial that day,to stuffing your face with a hot dog along with playing cornhole.
2:16 thats what was explained to me last night, They do get to run the beer concession.
On a final note for only 11 people reading this site why were so many people telling me how "upset"they were with certain posts on this site?

TO 12;13 POST IF WE HAD MORE THINKING LIKE TERM WE WOULD HAVE A BETTER CITY TO work- live- play. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TERM. concerned taxpayer.

As they say Term, and now the rest of the story. Yes the city runs "Taste of Painesville" but did you know the city charges $75.00 a booth, along with 10% of all resturant receipts, that must be turned into the city by 10:15 that night.[returned tickets]
Crowd was not what we expected probably due to the early heat and the games in the evening I agree with you that a better day should have been choosen by the city.
This was our final year its a lot of work and the results aren't what we expect. Did you ever notice Painesville's best known eatery doesn't participate? The Depot. Wonder why?

At September 5, 2010 at 8:28 AM , Anonymous TERM>> said...

The Depot? My guess is they don't need the exposure. Usually SRO when you get there anyway. I never realized the city took 10% off the top, I figured they charged for the booths. Wonder under what account this money is received in the city budget? Other?
Maybe they throw it in with the utility deposits?
