"TODAY IS FAT TUESDAY"
Today is Fat Tuesday, tomorrow is Ash Wednesday, that means Friday is the start of the annual Fish Frys every Friday through Lent. Who has the best Fish Fry? Which restaurant, club, organization, bar whatever has the best deal for a family, couples, singles, seniors. Types of fish served, price. I would like to keep this with a Painesville Fare but if you know somewhere special let us all know.

Not very special to be honest, but the best "commercial" fish sandwich I have has to be Arby's. The fish looks like fish and has a good taste. As far as fish fry's go, I like Flavor's on Fridays. They have a great selection and it is fresh and abundant. Price is right and they start serving at 11:00 am. JT
Knights of Columbus - Usually has a very nice fish fry. Lake Perch, Walleye & shrimp.
Painesville Elks - Has quite possibly the BEST lake perch around. Usually also has a couple of other fish or seafood depending on week.
Silvestros Depot Cafe - Terrific perch dinners and sandwichs (like just about anything else there).
In Mentor Casa D'Angelo last year had the best fish I've ever had.
