"ROAD TO NOWHERE" talking heads

These were the pictures I received from a city resident with the question of with the condition of many roads in Painesville why did our city manager approve the use of city manpower and resources to do this job? Was council informed?
Did council approve this project? Hope Oak St. residents can see what can be accomplished with little dialoge from our city fathers and mothers? Again why even have a council?

This is terrible.. I feel the city should let council know even when they decide to mow grass..or even plow side walks. These are councils jobs.

The images are not clear. What exactly is the content of the images? Did the road get repaired? REpaired is a overstatement probably.. But need better images.

8:24 Yes it is. It's even nicer now. Ask your councilperson when they approved this job?
Oak St residents should be so lucky.

So this is a service road that only the city employees use that sits behind a garage by Evergreen Cemetery? When and Who approved spending money here? It's time for council to grow a couple and get control of ALL purse-strings in Painesville. Something is out of wack.

They had to repair this road because it was collapsing and they need it to access the cemetary
