"THE QUEEN AND THE BEAR"

The Queen has made an announcement that the rabbit hole fiasco solution is just down the road.
Soon rabbits will get what's coming to them for not having the proper Cabbage Insurance. The Queen is going to spread carrots around as if she were growing them herself. The Bear watches from close-by, wondering what the Queen is up to.
The funny secret is this won't be over until the Bear receives his fair share of the Carrots.
The Queen is painting a picture of a passive park where you can fish on the sides of the river banks. The Bear looks at the maps that the skunks had made up for him, and low and behold, the Bear owns the bank of the river along with the road down to where the old rabbit holes used to be. The Queen even sent one of her merry men to get him to widen the rabbit-hole road so that if the old rabbit holes catch on fire they could respond and put out the fire. The Bear asked what were the plans the Queen had for the rabbit holes? "Well..." she responded... "to burn them down and level the area." The Bear scratched his head in amazement? His thought was to buy smaller Fire Trucks!
Seems like the end isn't in sight yet though. The Bear just might have to hire bigger sharks. The Queen might even have to drag out the dreaded 'power factor' to beat the Bear up with. I just hope I live long enough to find out how this fairy tale ends. I have a feeling it won't be everyone living 'happily ever after'...(except the sharks).

I'm still trying to figure out why we are bailing out people who did not have enough insurance. If I don't feel like paying my insurance, can I just call the city to cover my ASSets if I have a disaster? I've got a hard enough time paying my own stuff, and I keep myself heavily insured. And now I have to pay for THEIR stuff. I still don't get it.

Being one of the Rabbits I would like to know why my rabbit hole was condemned while several other rabbit holes on Main Street were not? I would be more then happy to move back to mine but the Queen woudn't allow it. This leaves Rabbits like me with no choice but to fight the Grumpy Old Bear.

12:00 You think I'm one of Bear's friend's? The Bear don't have no stinkin' friends.
He insults me the way he does to just about everyone he meets.
I just don't get upset about it, and insult him back. I learned a very important thing from him and lets just say it's how you greet people. Fair is fair either pay him what he owns or let him purchase the property and 2:29 can move back to her rabbit hole I think that property could be put to better use then a passive park.
The right grading and fill could make that a nice community.
I know I'm taking a position that will meet with a lot of unfavorable response. Let's just leave it as thinking out of the box. Bear back off? Right.

What you're doing is nothing new. Did you know ages ago in Britan and other countries, they used nursery rhymes to convey hidden messages among the people?
So for those of us not in the loop, why dont you translate your little nursery rhyme so all of us may follow along too.

What is funny to some here is disrespectful to others. There is a right way to get people to listen and then there is the wrong way. The few here may think this is funny but is this the way to bring about change? If you lose someone's respect then you lose your credibility.

Gibbs is such a loser.. Can you imagine the mental problems he has which give him such satisfaction when others are pained or inconvenienced? He doesn't want to rebuild crap. He wants to leave an eyesore there to rot like the rest of his slum properties. In a few years the bear will be in hell. Who can stand up and say he was a kind man and will be missed? My bet is no one.

I'm with 8:44. I am heavily insured for house, car, health. I really cannot afford these insurances, especially at the level I am insured. I cannot, however, afford for something to go wrong that I am NOT heavily insured for, since I would not be able to cover it. Therefore, I stretch my income every month to cover these insurances. If I don't FEEL like spending money on these insurances, and something goes wrong, can I call the citizens of Painesville to bail me out? I don't get it, really. How is this working? Is this money coming directly from the city (taxpayers) or is grants, or what? Were the condo owners aware that they were so inadequately insured?

I used to own a condo, and before I signed any papers of ownernship, I thoroughly checked out what kind of insurance that I needed. I carefully researched what the condo assosiation had covered and at what amount, before I made my decisions on what I needed. I checked out what the laws and rules were on this issue. Did somebody change the insurance without the owners' knowledge, or were they aware what was taking place?

I still want to know why the city felt it was necessary to get involved in this particular disaster. No one does anything out of the goodness of their hearts...especially government. So what's in it for Paiensville....?

The Queen will ask her Knights at the long table for permission to buy/aquire the Millstone Proerty Tuesday night. Now this property has been appraied at $195,000.
What do you think the Queen will spend to aquire it?
