HAD A GOOD TIME AT COUNCILMAN FLOCKS CITY PICNIC AT REC. PARK. GREAT FOOD, GREAT CONVERSATIONS AND REALLY GREAT PEOPLE.
T.TORRE WON THE CONTEST , "WHO CAN EAT THE MOST HOT DOGS IN 3 MINUTES?"
SOMEONE IN TOWN KNOWS HOW TO PREPARE BAKED BEANS!

Thank you, Andy & Margie. We had a great time last night. With the nice pavilion, the rain wasn't a problem at all. It was beautiful sitting by the river with a good bunch of friends and watching the rain come down. Thank you.

Who says my life sucks? I didn't. I have a good life. We're just pointing out that there are a lot of things that need to be changed in Painesville, Council for one. You sound like a bitter person. For you to lash out at someone who just speaks out at council is very sad. You need to get a life. Bitter people try to drag everyone down with them.
I'm pathetic? I agree with the last anonymous. The problem is with you. You are saying these things without even knowing us. If you got to know us you would find out that we are just concerned citizens leading full lives, volunteering in the community, raising our families, working full time jobs. Would we find the same out about you?
Anonymous (the nasty anonymous), It says a lot about your character when you so nastily attack a group of people for just having a picnic. Why don't you just quit reading this blog. You have nothing to contribute except unfounded name calling. You are accomplishing nothing. Get off your pathetic butt and do something constructive. I don't think I've seen you volunteering in the community -- I'm sure I would have recognized your constipated scoul anywhere.
This is a great forum to bring concerns out in the open and, hopefully, find out the answers. Sometimes, I'm sure, there is a simple and justified answer if the city would just answer. Other times there is a true injustice to the citizens of this great city and the administration needs to be held accountable. This may be the only place for the average citizen to find out what is going on. So, mean anonymous, you can just bug off with your unfounded personal attacks. That will not deter any of us from getting to the truth and trying to correct what needs to be corrected.
TO THE NASTY BLOGGER, YOU MUST BE ONE OF THE 4 COUNCIL PEOPLE WHO RUNS THIS CITY! ALONG WITH THE PRESENT CITY LEADER WHICH HAS A (OUR WAY OR THE HIGHWAY) ATTITUDE.
Unless you were there I would suggest you stick a hot dog where the sun doesn't shine.
I sat at a picnic table and talked about computers and buying Lifestraws for people who don't have potable drinking water in third world countries, we talked about ground tomatoes and gardens, and that fact that more folks should show up for council meetings. There wasn't one thing said about who should show up, just show up!

There was a very good group of folks who had a very nice time and a bite to eat. It was nice, it was fun........... it was a damn picnic! Get over it!
So Mr Nasty when are you throwing your picnic?
You better enjoy that picnic area,
The city manager might find a new project that needs finances for and she will tie up the other side of the river.
This must be the same crapper as above.
To the people who complain about life, take a moment and be thankful for what you have and what people do for other people. Take a moment and count your blessings.
Be apart of the solution and not the problem. If we don't stand for someting, than we will fall for anything. Life is not promised with a specific time or date.
