COUNCIL MEETING GETS "TESTY"

Left council meeting a little more confused than usual Monday night. Weekly this meeting is getting more unfriendlier. Why? Here's my opinion.
Councilpeople get their "packets" deliveried Friday night around 7:00P.M. somtimes they have enough paperwork inside to weigh 3 or 4 pounds. If you are diligent there is no way to go through all that paperwork by 7:30 P.M. Monday night. Most offices are closed Saturday and Sunday, some councilpeople have full time jobs. and must feel thing are shovedown there throats. "This legislation must be passed tonight or we will not be able to apply for a loan." "This is the construction season and we must bid out this now or we will have to wait another year." Well the administration knew when the deadline for applying for a loan was. They knew in March when the construction season was didn't they? Do certain people "run out the clock" on purpose? The people to the left of council president seem to want to be more then a rubberstamp. Which will only be a plus for the city. As a final note over a year ago I watched a councilperson open their "packet" with a letterknife 5 minutes before we said the pledge.

Everyone must watch the meeting on ch. 12, listen for the little remarks from Miss Becks, I liked the one "THIS IS BS" it was very rude and uncalled for.
Also someone please tell people not to tap on the podium or tables as for the microphone picks up everything

How about when some members roll their eyes and shake there heads when others are talking. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. This is very obvious if you attend in person.

WATCHED THE COUNCIL MEETING TONITE ON CHANNEL 12 AND IT WAS TERRIBLE. ALL IT DID WAS ROLL AND ROLL. SOUND QUALITY WAS JUST AS BAD. I THOUGHT THAT COUNCIL SAID THEY WERE FIXING THE PROBLEM MONTHS AGO? WELL, HERE IT IS MONTHS LATER AND THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS. SO, WHEN ARE WE GOING TO FIX IT , MR HADA?

Sorry, I think they run CH.12 like they run the rest of the city.
Rude and uncalled for, the other end of the table is either sleeping or making rude jesters.

It seems that whenever Mr. Werner has something important we have technical problems. That was a real nice game of tit for tat Mr. Hack.It seems that in the future if a vote doesn't go your way. No one elses will. By the way nice smirk as you smeared Hals'chances of really doing something good for the city,

couldn't watch through the rolling channel 12...... tried but forget it...
They really don't want anyone in this city to participate in city government.
Glad the Rally Group is going to have a booth at Party in the Park! Hope they have a sign up sheet!

Tuesday afternoon I saw Cathy Biedermier walking around Painesville with a notebook and a bunch of folks looking at buildings and shaking their speculative heads.......... now what?
Maybe City Architects????? Maybe demo the old shops and put up another white elephant??

You need to talk with people from other city's.
Then you will see Painesville is a good place to live.
Sewers back up and Light's go out everywere, not just here, ask the people in Fairport about there sewers and Water and how long it takes to get there lights back on......
and give the guy a chance you never now about the young one's, they are our future.......
