Just a short question in today's News-Herald was a story about an Ashtabula County man that was hit in his vehicle by a train going 58 mph at the Newell St. crossing in Painesville ,Ohio. His claim that the gates were down, the red lights flashing as well as the bell ringing. Now for his defense his view was blocked by a parked train as well as other's had proceeded around the gates. I guess it was his misfortune to be the one struck by the train.
I have no idea what to say?
I do wonder what railroad officials for CSX think when they get anything marked from Painesville, Ohio?
To this driver, I suggest you go to your nearest church or synagogue maybe a mosque and thank the Good Lord for sparing your life. Me, please don't ask me to sit on that jury!
Well I knew it couldn't last? Trump being gracious and civil. Now he has accused Ted Cruz that he stole the Iowa Caucus. For the reason mention that I posted on Ben Carson. He want's an Iowa do over? No offence but Iowa every four years is enough! Hell the Democrat's were doing coin tosses?

I don't understand the tone of your post. It's no joke that Cruz cheated to win and stole votes. He not only had his campaign tell everyone they talked to on the phone and otherwise that Carson was out, but they sent out that bogus mailing making it look like if people didn't vote in the caucus they were going to be in trouble. And if they did all of that, God only knows what else they were doing. I don't know what can be done about it all now, but surely something should be done. Cruz, at the very least, should lose the delegates he got in Iowa. I can't believe that in this day and age, we are going to again let someone cheat in an election and get away with it. What a slimy bastard. Carson and Trump SHOULD be mad as hell, and the whole country should be demanding that something be done. People don't even seem to remember that this is America anymore. If people can keep cheating in American elections, then I don't see what hope there is for the rest of the world. Cruz should actually be kicked out as a contender for the Presidency, in my opinion. Add on top of that the fact that he denied knowing until recently that he was a Canadian citizen, etc., and it is clear that the guy is just a thief and a liar. He should at the very LEAST lose the delegates he won.
You mentioned that the Democrats were using coin tosses in the Iowa Primary. I did not understand what was going on there; does anyone know what that was all about?

The more Trump and Carson complain the worse it will be for the two of them. By their own admission Carson left the state and Trump didn't quite have the ground game. Live and learn.

This is 2:21 to 2:34 and 4:10. I absolutely do not agree. Carson left the state for a minute; he never said he was out of the race, but that's what Cruz's campaign reported to all the voters. Now Cruz's campaign is saying that CNN reported that Carson said he was out of the race, and blaming it on CNN. They did not; CNN has read the tweets several times to Cruz's main guy, and the guy is still not apologizing even to CNN for lying about CNN. And it doesn't matter if Trump didn't have the ground game or not. Cruz is lying and stealing an election. And 4:10, what do you mean there is no proof? Of course there is; the facts are the facts and they're out there is plain sight and playing out, and Cruz stole and lied. As far as learn to live with it; no, Americans should not settle for something like this, and nobody should be trying to learn to live with it.

I think the week lag because the city tried to hide it and maybe fox 8 people read your blog where it was brought up than the News Herald got it off the fox 8 web page

Last night at the debate he told some many lies about health care along with single pay coverage I am waiting for the truth. Trump doesn't want people "dying in the street" That is why you want preventative medicine and taking care of an illness before it becomes life threatening. Rubio well he's just a robot.
