PAINESVILLE "4-H" CITY ??

Went to council meeting tonight, didn't get out until 10:45p.m. listened to residents and came to a strange conclusion. We might be a 4-H city.

1. HOPELESS
2. HELPLESS
3. HOMELESS
4. HOSTILE
Watched it all unfold tonight and City Council better start listening to each other and residents or it will only get worse. Council passed the Resolution for WRRSP funding and maybe the people down at Millstone/Gristmill can go on with their lives. I hope in the future they have enough insurance, and all lawsuits go away.
A resident on Grand River Ave. called and explained what happened with the petition on there street. It just seemed like poor judgement for a councilman and policeman to go down there the day after a petition goes out. Their reason was to view an abandoned house that been like that for two years whats the odds? Really don't these councilpeople ever talk to each other? The trees at the end of the street will save them more damage then a new storm sewer, just my opinion. Some left happy some not. Someone in the future should suggest that using WRRSP, NOCCA, ECT. spell it out so people now what the letters stand for. OH! and the place was packed.

The one question that needed to be asked why was there only $300,000 worth of flood insurance? Who dropped the ball?
Watching last night was like watching Bambi again.

Get off the 300,000 insurance stuff, it would not have made any diff. they would not have been able to re-build there.

Yes it would have made a difference. If the clowns tha ran that Condo. had the right amount of insurance little kids and crying ladys wouldnt have to beg at the meeting. It was in a flood plain, have the proper amount of flood insurance.

Watched council meeting, the only thing missing that little girl should have been holding her dog, what was that a Disney Production? That was at least a trifecta, helpless, homeless, and hopeless.
Next time ask mommy to buy flood insurance because Abbey, Joe and Rita might not be around for us to foot the bill.
Did anyone notice we bought something we can never use? Brilliant!
