You might be the only one who wasn't aware that he was on "Malcolm in the Middle" but I apparently am the only person who doesn't get/doesn't like "Breaking Bad". I tried watching it again last night with the same result, I turned to a different channel.
Not sure if this says something about the show or about me.
More to the point I wonder if city employee's would like to be payed once every 25 days and the next time every 40 days? This shows how inept this city is run how can you have a 15 day difference in utility bills and why? Try to budget with this bunch is impossible.
