"FIGURED YOU OUT" nickelback

 NOTICE;
PAINESVILLE CITY COUNCIL HAS A SPECIAL MEETING SCHEDULED FOR THIS EVENING AT 6:30PM  09/30/2013

What I have here are more 'FACTS' and Data provided by the IEEFA with concerns to the AMP-OHIO power purchase made for Galion, Ohio since the start of PSEC. The reason for showing you these figures is that Painesville bought the same amount of electric power as Galion did. Now how anyone can dispute that this was a very bad deal for all communities involved is beyond me.
Nothing at all has happened that was promised and for all of us to be sitting on our hands because we are to vain or don't like to be shown we were wrong is just plain ridiculous!

It's time the administration and council at the very least gets a spokesman from AMP-OHIO to a council meeting to explain what is real and what isn't. If that's asking to much than maybe its time to clean house. Don't believe the data or 'FACTS' than have AMP-OHIO explain what is going on.

AMP officials will never meet with the citizens of any community again in regards to PRAIRIE STATE, they have circled their wagons and are in bunker mentality ala HITLER.

Painesville numbers are exactly the same as Galions as both communities bought the exact same amount. And yes, the AMP rate stabilization scheme DOES mean Painesville and all other communities WILL have t pay the money back.

In talking with Galion citizens, electric rates in their community are now 175% higher than what is available in the town next door ( Bucyrus ) due to they have AEP service which comes with competition now. And Galion rates are headed higher after the November election as the city electric reserve fund used for upgrades and used to pay off noncollectable bills like ( CORE ) is being liquidated at an enormous clip.

Payoffs, bribes, college scholarships, conflict of interests, we have it all going on with AMP - ENRON.

And now can council see their way into asking Mr DeWine to investigate?

Is this by any chance an open meeting?

Please tell me who's child got a scholarship from AMP? This would be totally illegal. Why hide this fact? Bring it out in the open and make the official accountable. I am so furious over this whole situation. We are struggling to pay our bills and send our kids to college, and these buffoons get their child a scholarship at our expense?

7:50 I believe it's an open meeting. About what is anyone guess.

8:53 AMP-OHIO offers as many as eight scholarships to residents in the AMP-OHIO communities.

If these figures here are correct it seem the city in very neglectful in not seeking answers.
The first three months show the city invoiced payments of over $100,000, yet no electricity received. Why were these payments made?

Don't we know at least one of those scholarships went to the child of one of the people who voted "yes" in Galion? Is my memory correct in that?

Margaret Brainard Hamilton was born in 1902 in Cleveland, Ohio to Walter J. Hamilton and Jennie Adams. She attended Hathaway Brown school in Shaker Heights. She also later became a member of the Junior League of Cleveland before she moved to Painesville. Her parents eventually made her attend Wheelock College in Boston where she majored in education and eventually became a kindergarten teacher before becoming an actress.

Hamilton was drawn to theatre at an early age and made her stage debut in 1923. She made her film debut in 1933 and her plain jane looks brought her steady work as a character actress earning $1,000.00 a week.

In 1939, Hamilton played her most famous role of all as the Wicked Witch of the West opposite Judy Garland's Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz. During a second take of the shooting of her fiery exit from Munchkinland when the trapdoor is dropped, Hamilton suffered a second degree burn on her face and a third degree burn on her hand. The scene had to be edited so you couldn't see it in the final take. She had to recuperate for six weeks at the hospital and at home before returning to the set to film her final scenes. She reportedly later said she wouldn't sue because she knew how the business operated and knew she would never work again.

In later life, Hamilton would say she worried about how the Wicked Witch of the West effected children. She even went on Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood to show how make-up transformed her into the Wicked Witch and explained it was just a character she was playing. She even reprised the Wicked Witch role on Sesame Street but it was cancelled after complaints. She would go on to star in soap operas and television shows.

In the 1970's she lived in New York City and did public service announcements promoting the welfare of animals. She also starred as Cora in nationwide Maxwell House commercials. She later served on the Board of Education in Beverly Hills before dying in her sleep after a heart attack in Connecticut in 1985.

2:36 That $300,000 were bond payments that the scity was obligated to pay because of the deal being a "take or pay" contract. I believe if Prairie State shut down for an extended time we as part of AMP-OHIO would be held responsible for all debt ,bonds that Prairie State was obligated to make.
7:04 I believe you are right.
6:41 What an interesting story the wicked witch of the west was a Painesville girl. Maybe Painesville could do something with that fact the way Willoughby did with "Last stop Willoughby" from the Twilight Zone series. She should at least be recognized some how?

Hmmmmm.... Any idea where Ms. Hamilton lived in Painesville? If Cleveland can capitalize on the house where The Christmas Story was filmed, seems p'vlle has missed another boat.....

Hope Steele Mansion capitalizes this tidbit!
