I DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT' rod stewart

So after the "Angry Captain Kangaroo" cleaned the floor with "Uncle Mitt" …Romney has decided to release his 2010 tax returns on Tuesday. It's never a good sign of character when you do something only because you are pressured into it. Especially if you want to become our President.

That said, everyone could conclude he paid around 15% on his income tax. Is that a sin? No, he was following the same rules that every American follows…’ here is your tax rate…now pay the man’. Now comes the bigger question, how did he earn his wealth in 2010? Investing in American companies that created jobs in the United States or did he invest in foreign capitalist markets that made their money off shore?

This is important because for the last year Republicans have told us that lowering the tax rate on the top 1% would create jobs in this country. Romney’s tax report will either prove or disprove this theory.

I will give Newt credit for turning a negative into what appears to be a positive on the questioning of his extra-marital affair or open marriage regarding his wives. Then again, most Americans will decide that the "lame stream press" news reporters didn't put those women in bed with him. That was all poor bad judgment on Newt. Along with gems stating he was not a lobbyist, first he was hired as a historian and now a strategist.

I never believed there was bias in the mainstream press. Now after the last two or three months I seem to understand what people are talking about. Ron Paul. First, I am not a supporter of Congressman Paul but if there has been a more ignored candidate then him, show me. I believe Ron Paul is not planning to win the Presidency but both parties should be made aware he is forming a very large movement that they will have to deal with. Rand Paul in 2016?

One final thought… Romney will never ever, ever release his 1999 taxes. That was when he was still employed by Bain Capital and his income was turned into capital gains and paid at the lower rate. This is what is wrong with America. The near disaster this country faced in 2008 was not caused be union workers in the public or private sector or people on Social Security. The Bank of America, Bain Capital, Goldman Sachs, Lehmen Brothers and all the big money people caused it. Do we want to return to those times? A good start would be to again deregulate the markets and prove "Too big to fail".
Don't regulate Wall Street just give us your money!

If you don't want to talk about it, maybe we should ask Jeffrey Zients. Maybe he can tell us who got most of the contributions from the company he worked for.

Pot or Kettle??????? Which are you?

What will we hear from the State of the Union Address?

More campaign promises or some actual solutions?

More blame being cast or responsibility taken?

Term saying trickle down doesn't work yet if we extend unemployment we will create more jobs?

A reduction in Social Security withholding called a payroll deduction? Who pays for this? Not the public employee or teacher.

More tax money wasted on belly up green energy companies or ones that ship jobs to Finland.

Will we finally see the deficit go down or remain at 1.5 trillion dollars for another year?

I'm tired of promises and want solutions. Time to work and forget campaigning. When did we go from hand up to hand out to entitlement to bail out? Time to get back to work and accept responsibility for our selves and stop blaming the other guy. Is that to much to ask after 3 years?

The Republican solution? Lower taxes on the top 1%? That's all they got nothing about healthcare, job growth, nothing. Will lets see if Mitt can prove the theory.
In truth the GOP is running people with no electability.

Just started on Mitts tax return but I found some interesting facts.
Over the past two years he has earned 13 million from profits shared by Bain Capital. This is earned income, for all intent and purpose, but it it is taxed like capital gains at 15% as though Bains profit represents Mitt's money at stake? It's not his money at stake. This loophole deprives the IRS of over $2 million dollars. All legal but it's an assumption with no fact to it.
Obama should take this tax return and page by page explain how this tax code bought and paid for by the wealthy is screqwing the country. Then piece by piece destroy the myth that people like Mitt create jobs in the United States. This has to be one of the biggest scams ever on the American people. How long do we wait for those Bush tax cuts for results to appear?

The Democrats don't have morals to bring up.

A Democrat with morals? Try Gabrielle Gifford. She resigned from her house seat because she couldn't give her district 100%.
Now in our little town we had a councilman who couldn't do his job for at least the last four years. Yet being the good Republican that he is he unplugged his phone but kept collecting his check. Democrat with low morals? Joe Hada. For letting this ruse continue,if for no other reason then to have a ward vote in his pocket.
It doesn't matter if you have an R or a D after your name its what kind of person of charater you want to be.

These are all powerful men who have their faults yet none of these women ever considered the wife?
Can't we agree that both sides have cads?
