"NOBODY KNOWS" raspberries
I guess nobody does. I kept reading, over and over, the Millstone article in today's News-Herald and for the life of me ...I really hate telling you I told you so.
Does anyone have a clue? The Queen, her Knights, the Rabbits, The Sharks, the Owl? Even the Bear?
We can all agree this nightmare has gone on long enough. Maybe Brother Murphy has the right idea. Lock everyone in a room and not let them out until a deal is struck!
The Queen doesn't want to compromise and the Bear won't concede. Along with the old story about a Bear's inhumanity to Rabbits that is getting pretty old.
Strange... in this article not a word from anyone in the Queen's administration that these facts as presented in the story just aren't true. Something might be amiss, HUH?
There should be a simple ending to this Nightmare of a Fairy Tale.... "They lived happily ever after." But as it stands now, no one is happy, not the Rabbits, the Queen, no one (well, maybe the sharks...they must have taken home a lot of honey jars). But unless the Bear can "Live Happily Ever After" ALSO, nobody will.
It's the one fact that just hasn't sunk in, while everyone is 'flooded' with ideas.

One way or another, this Millstone owner would love to see an end to a situation that has been going on for way too long. I did have personal flood insurance, have repaid the entire amount of assistance given to me by FEMA after the flood and made the difficult decision to filed chapter 7 bankruptcy 3 years ago and include my Millstone property. No one's credit and ability to rebuild their credit should be held up for this long. I'll take the loss gladly, just let me rebuild my credit so someday I can hope to buy a home for my children.
This is a nightmare and as soon as people tell the people handling the purse strings to negociate maybe the sooner you and everyone else can move on?
How can you live long trying to pursue legal vendettas, eat depot food and be hated by everyone? This is not about money anymore, its about control. Control freaks will cut off their nose to spite their face. In this case the bear will stop at no expense to prove nothing. That property is beyond saving. Go ahead and pay the sharks, they love blood in the water. Collins will get sick of the frivolousness. Unlike the bear,he's not greedy,controlling or stupid.
You don't really have to live long... It's called your estate.
One thing this blog. has proven that when Gibb's ran the complex he had $6 million in flood insurance, how much did they have at the time of the flood. Hating someone won't get your money sooner, and a Judge follows the law.
Time to go in a different direction.
Sit down and negotiate? Please.. The queen has waited this long already. Do you think she's going to back down from someone trying to trump her? This is like sitting down with Kasich. It's entertaining if anything. For once I'm cheering for the queen to serve up a nice greasy crow sandwich between that fresh depot bread for yogi to eat.
First and formost it isn't about the Queen, or is it? It's about rabbits that want this mess over with.

I was at a council meeting where the city errored in charging a resident. Was it the $100 or having to admit a mistake? Something tells me the Queen bite off more of a sandwich then she should have.
Again, How can it be entertaining waiting for people to come to their senses 6:11?

I was thinking if you could take all this hate for Bob Gibbs and turn it into money for those condo owners they would all become instant millionaires. Trouble is it won't buy you a cup of coffee.
Now I can undertand why some of you might hate him and it might even be legitmate. He really doesn't care if you hate, blame, wish him dead whatever, he doesn't care. In his mind and I agree with him he has property that should be part of this acquisition and the city pretending he doesn't exist.
Now we can spend the next couple of years typing back anf forth about what APITA creap Bob Gibbs is or do we want to settle this?
Gibbs should take full market value for his property and STFU.
Id like to settle this and still say he is a gianormus ignoramus of a creep (just agreeing with the above). He has always felt he is above the law. Ive seen him run stop signs and lights because he is who he is. He feels he is above the law. Look at the vacant property on RT 84 then look at the towers constructed without proper permission and still standing then look at the current house in its still building mode. Done so taxes don't need to be taken care of as the house isn't finished, nor will it ever be. Just look at the vacant property on RT 84.
It's very clear to see why you are all in the same camp and most of us are in a hotel.

Calling the Golden Dome I believe would be futile. I believe someones mind in that building has already been made up.

It sounds to me like DeLeone is part of the group of McMahon, Hada, etc. that got us into this mess and, therefore, would do nothing to get McMahon and this bunch out, but only make the situation entrenched for more years to come.
I checked DeLeone out too...and he's doing all the right things to get elected. I'd hate to see a lot of hard work go down the drain because the candidates I'd like to support aren't doing the same.
Mr. DeLeone explained to me that he is being endorsed by Mr. Fountain? Does he believe thats a plus? He also mentioned strong support for Joe Hada. Sorry pal the Tibbits sign will be in my front yard.
DeLeone will be more of the same just he will be sitting there bobbling with Joey.
