"KILLING IS MY BUSINESS" megadeth

AND BUSINESS IS GOOD.

Just a short note on Bin Laden... Thank God he's gone and a well done to everyone involved. Both President Bush and Obama can be thanked for both of their vigilance in ridding the earth of this mass murderer.

Now the United States has a good reason to celebrate on May 1

I'm old Adam not dead.
Really not my taste but its the second song title that came to mind. "Killing me softly with his song" just didn't fit.

Yeah, and just think how nuch faster we might have gotten him and how many lives would have been saved if Bush had not announced to the world that he had him cornered when they thought they did. Then, gee, guess what, Bin Laden was gone by the time they got there. Well, thank God they got him now. Thank you to all the brave men and women who serve our country in the military. Wonderful job.

To his credit President Bush used all of this countrys assets to find Bin Laden, and the present administration followed through. This should not become political fodder for one side or another.
We should just be glad UBL now has to deal with a higher authority.

"I don't know where bin Laden is. I have no idea and really don't care. It's not that important. It's not our priority."
- G.W. Bush, 3/13/02

"I am truly not that concerned about him."
- G.W. Bush, repsonding to a question about bin Laden's whereabouts,
3/13/02 (The New American, 4/8/02)

No thanks to G.W. Bush. Obama got him, Bush didn't have anything to do with it!

Finding song titles and lyrics can be don very easily on line. Doesn't mean the person knows their songs just means they are able to find a way to bypass knowledge.

After 9/11, didn't Bin Laden go into Pakistan? So Bush used that as an excuse to invade IRAQ. Yes, Bush used all our country's resources alright. He is responsible for the deaths and injuries of thousands of Americans who serve our military, not to mention the men and women of our allies who followed him into Iraq. I still have a hard time not crying when I think of those brave people out there in trucks and tanks that they KNEW would not save them from the roadside bombs. Bush just wanted to avenge his father, lied to get us into Iraq, and is responsible for unimaginable death and destruction. I give him credit only for what seemed like purposefully missing Bin Laden when he had a chance to get him, and all the blood that has been shed because of that, and the lives that have been lost and/or shattered on all sides. I think he'll be in hell right alongside Bin Laden.

Here all along I thought only Republican could or cared about national security? Guess I was wrong.

Weren't the Bush and Bin Laden families in a business partnership? The Carlise Group?
Could you imagine if the Obama and Bin Laden family knew each other?

Bush doesn't even want to celebrate the capure and death of UBL. sulking?
Can't wait for the fruitcake partyers to complain.

8:06: Didn't Bush make sure that some of the bin Laden's were personally flown out of the U.S. right after 9/11, even though there was restricted air space at that time? Maybe I am not remembering correctly, but if the Bush family and the bin Ladens were friends and/or business partners, that would explain that, wouldn't it? I had not heard that before you mentioned it. God help him (Bush), but that better not be why he accidentally-on-purpose (in my opinion) missed capturing bin Laden in Afghanistan years ago.

Where are all the people who complained about waterboarding and Gitmo prison now. I thought Obama wanted to stop this. How did they get the info then? How about the 908+ killed in Afghanistan since he took office. That's over 1 a day.

If you want credit for the positive then stand in line and take the blame for things you are doing wrong too.

9:00, this is 6:23. I don't think that your 9:00 comment is worth answering, for me anyway, but I am a Democrat, and I do have something to slam the Democrats for, so I can comisserate with you on some level.

I just watched a journalist student's film piece on undocumented workers in a town in California. I forget the name of the town, but it's a town that there will soon be two prisons in, one of them probably for ICE. The prison info is just for identifying the town -- has nothing directly to do with the illegals there. She interviewed the illegals and they said that nobody works in the fields after they are documented. They move on to other professions as soon as they can. That blows the Democrats theory (or hypothesis) right out of the water. They are fond of saying lets let them work in the field, and then let them be citizens. I have long said that once they are citizens they will not work in our fields.

Until we come to terms with the fact that we need a Guest Worker program for the fields only, as politically incorrect as that is, and start the program so we can get the rest of the illegals out, we cannot even begin to hope to save our country. And nobody will even begin to talk about getting them all out, with our need for them in the fields being one reason why. We need to push our government into setting up a program where some people (only as many as are needed for the fields) get to come here for a year and work, then go home and the next people in line come for the next year. Then we can move ahead quickly getting all the illegals out except for those people who have papers for that year. It really has to start there, and the Democrats are foolish to think otherwise.

It's nice to see the Democrats campaigning again so early. Isn't it getting a little old blaming Bush for everything.

Just wish politicians would stick to issues, policies or things they accomplished instead of patting themselves on the back by bad mouthing the opponent.

Credit should go from to to bottom and include ALL those involved over the years. Bottom line though, it is the one's who flew the mission the deserve the line share of credit.

I mean is it Term, all by himself, who got the school levy removed? Did the POC, voters, public opinion, economy or the fact that Kasich and the state that increased Painesville's money play any part in it? They say it takes a village to raise a child. Doesn't the same apply to solving an issue or problem?

Let's thank ALL those involved regardless of political party, military rank, serviceman or civilian. It was a team effort.

This is 7:31. Term, if you are referring to me, the answer is nothing, just as I stated.

As far as national security goes - plenty. We don't have a clue who is in our country doing what. And there are millions upon millions of people in our country that are not supposed to be here. We have a government who is supposed to be protecting us from terrorists, etc., and leaving this huge elephant in the room -- actually make that millions upon millions of elephants in our country. This will make it millions upon millions of times harder to find the ones that are here to hurt us. It's got plenty to do with OBL, terrorists and our security.

8:26 You give me way to much credit.I don't believe I or even the POC had anything to do with pulling the school levy. If anyone was responsible it was the Governor throwing a curve ball at the state financing to the PLCS .

The most interesting thing I've watched about the success the past week concerning UBL is listening to people that outright can't stand the President praising him for a gutsy call. Than the "BUT' factor. Pictures released, how it went down, information, Bush didn't get enough credit Bush got to much credit it goes on and on.
Politic's in America has become a team sport. I just can't believe we can't just be happy that another devil has been removed from this planet.

I read a news report where it has been estimated bin Laden has cost the U.S. economy over 3 trillion dollars over the last 15 years.
Begging the question what did he spend?

With all the new found patriotism since UBL and everyone claiming credit for political reasons, I was just wonder about this. Below is a list of songs performed at the Hale Road School's Spring Concert that took place at Riverside High School.

Mighty United.
Yankee Doodle (recorder)
You Are Our Heroes
This Is America
Our Heroes Will Live On
America
The Lights of Freedom
American Tears
We The People
Presidents Day
I Love My Country
Yankee Doodle Dandy
America The Beautiful
Thankful For The U.S.A.
The Star Bangled Banner
Allegiance Rap

Besides the songs they sang, there was the American Flag and the Ohio State Flag. I asked a student and they DO say the Pledge of Allegiance every day.

I guess things like this aren't convenient in Painesville's schools. I just wonder if the lack of things like this add to how poorly our schools perform.

You might have brought up a good point.
PCLS might just be to politically correct for my tastes. People like yourself mustn let the powers that be, know your concerns.
Driving down Liberty St.just as school let out I was amazed a how many students must change their school clothes after school and walk home in their "street clothes" I sure hope they take their school clothes home once in awhile to get cleaned?
Pledge of Allegiance? We've been down this road before, right?
