As some of you might know by now The Grassroots Rally group will have a demonstration at Veterans Park August 8, 2015.
Best guess we will hear, "I told you so" "this could have been prevented" and honestly they are correct. They do a wonderful job of informing us , yet show us no plan how to accomplish getting illegals out of the United States or even Painesville. Can it even be accomplished? Self-deportation doesn't seem to work? There are 20,000 Border Patrol employee's and the same amount of ICE agents and what 11, 12 as high as 30 million illegals? Talk about job security.
Maybe I will give them a jar of 17,000 salt crystals with 2,000 red pepper flakes and ask them to see how long it takes to separate the two? That might be to easy since in Painesville it's pretty hard to figure out who is supposed to be here and who isn't?
And soon shortly after that. In a week or two HOLA will come to the Park and explain how this is all broken, and yes for some reason it will be our fault? They demand legalization as if it was an entitlement? Also I expect this amnesty to be compared to slavery with you know who being in charge of the underground railroad. That concept and comparison to slavery should offend every African- American.
The L.A. Times did a story on VD claiming she was a guardian angel to Hispanics in Northeastern Ohio, I prayed that Mrs. Kostelnik had an angel with her last Monday.
Maybe as a treat she will bring back that speaker who claimed his people are indigenous to the area and their coming back to reclaim what was stolen from them? Here's a surprise I'm indigenous to the area , I've lived here my whole life!
So I also expect to hear from VD how this isn't an illegal alien problem but a mental health issue? Seems Trump might not have been so far off base as I thought? I wonder who would catch Hell for giving a person with mental health issues a green card? Or once he has the green card who will be responsible for his healthcare? Sorry VD we don't need the extra problem.
Jesus tells us "welcome the stranger." I am sure he expected the stranger to act in accordance to the rules and laws of the land they are being welcomed too?
Now comes the finger pointing. First our Sheriff who tells us Border Patrol did not issue a "detainer" When the uncle was stopped on July 7. Learned another new word like "levelization?" Border Patrol disputes this with a claim they were willing come and interview the uncle or whoever he claimed to be that night . The question who refused that interview and why? Was it a cost issue? With the sheriffs report that night, really was there no reason not to have probable cause to hold him? Something was amiss? Maybe he should have been fingerprinted and detained until we knew who exactly he was. Did the deputies search the vehicle? maybe if they had asked to open the truck they would have found the weapon that did all the damage on the 27th?
Now many Blacks have a fear of getting shot when stopped by the police.
Many Whites strategize how much this stop will cost them in fees and fines.
The uncle was argumentative and lied to the deputies about his identity and he is sent home with his dad?
So is this a lesson to us when stopped have no identification, lie who you are, be argumentative [may not be a good idea] Sorry Sheriff I see enough probable cause here. What does it cost the county to house a person for a day?
And a family grieves in disbelief over the lost of a loved one. They are the victims.

Wait until the good people of Lake County get the bill for his defense.
Now after what I've viewed on the council meeting video and read in the Lake County Tribune you seemed to have been ahead of the curve on this situation. Is there something you knew but aren't telling us? This seems more then a lucky guess.
I certainly do not have all the answers but I sure have a lot of questions.
While I can appreciate the magnitude of the job there is one thing that I know for sure.
As long as we continue down this path, and the Feds are not doing their job as we seem to understand it, nothing will change or get any better.
Just like every job I ever had, there is a goal and there is a starting point. Once you start, it doesn't matter if it takes one day or one generation, the job will get done. However, if you never start it will never get finished.
We seem to have a lot of Federal employees, now get them to do what they are paid to do.
BTW, every time I go to the airport there seem to be more than enough people to make sure that there is no bomb in my pants.
Maybe time to relocate a few of them?
Yeah, whom else but a Hispanic could get away with that in this, or any, town? Certainly a White wouldn't. I'm starting to think the only people who think they have to follow police directives in this country is the Whites. Blacks start running their mouths and turn on their cameras, get out of the car and run two blocks, etc., this guy just didn't feel like cooperating and got away with it. I'll bet me nor anybody else in my family would have gotten away with that.
Illegals will self deport when they cannot get work! If out gov't was serious they would enforce harsh fines, and penalties, against anyone, or any company hiring anyone who can't verify their citizenship. It's that simple!
To Term's main post. The reason you didn't hear any solutions to the problem of illegals by the people who fight them is because you weren't listening and keep saying it can't be done. The reason nobody has self-deported is because nobody has told them to. As the people fighting the illegals will tell you, we need to quit misreading the 14th amendment. It does not have to be amended; we just need to quit misreading it, and congress just needs to accomplish that. Not that big of a deal if the jackasses would do it and quit worrying about the Hispanic vote. Also E-Verify. Employers would need to check if someone is legal before hiring them. The government set up this program; it is one of the few good things Obama OR the Republicans have done, and now they just need to make it cheap to use for the employers and mandatory. And that's the most of it. If people can't work, they'll go home, and finding the ones who don't leave on their own and/or the employers who hire them should be a lot easier.
If we didn't get it before then, we should have gotten it when the Hispanics started to threaten our leaders and country with their votes. I started to fight this 25-30 years ago when the migrant workers quit going home at the end of the season. Up until then, our government was vigilant and understood what it meant to protect our citizens and country on every front. Americans need to stand up now and demand our government does the right thing.
We need a new guest-worker program FOR THE FIELDS ONLY, fix the reading of the 14th Amendment and make E-Verify easy for the employers to use and mandatory.
This is exactly where I loose the story on July 7th....... They let him go. They really don't even know who they let go!
A couple years back I had my identity stolen, it was a nightmare and culminated with the Painesville City Police handcuffing me and taking me to county jail where I sat for 8 hours until the paperwork got straightened out. They knew they had the wrong the person and apologized several times during the incident. In turn I realized what was going on and understood the issue with the warrant, it was all pretty civil, although very frustrating. Seems the fine people who sold my SSN across the United States went out and stole cars in East Clevleand and got caught. They set bond when they arrested the unknown woman who had my SSN and identity, she posted bail and walked away. She failed to appear in court and a warrant was issued. In turn several months later I was arrested in my driveway, handcuffed and hauled off to jail. Kind of scary huh? And it can happen to anyone.
With identity theft at record numbers, you let a guy go who is non-cooperative, acting in a suspicious manner and not able to produce any papers stating his identity.
And I understand the gun was .22, not a rifle. Either way, it's a firearm with live rounds and it was in the hands of someone with no identity. Where did the gun come from? And why do we have 3 gun stores and no grocery store in this city?
And what set this guy off? If he has been here 12 years without incident what was the catalyst? Maybe the July 7th incident had time to fester and he finally went on a rampage? Too many questions and not enough answers.
I believe the people who surrounded and protected this man should also be held accountable. Isn't there a law somewhere on the books about harboring illegals? And no I do not want to pay for his mental health issues unless he is paying into the system. Has anyone in that house ever paid taxes?
So the victims, all woman ranging in age from 14 to 60, are the collateral damage of one sick bastard who could have been stopped if the laws were applied to everyone fairly.
It was several years ago now that the Mexican President said there were at least 20 million Mexicans illegally in America. He said it to prove that they belong here and should be legalized. And that did not count the millions and millions of their children born here who are now legal citizens. They have many, many ghost towns in Mexico, because many towns have emptied out into America. Can you imagine what all these people, over all these years, could have accomplished in their own country, had they stayed there and marched and demanded changes of their OWN government.
So that must be at least 25 million by now (not counting their anchor babies), and then you need to add the many millions from other countries, as surely we have illegals here from every country in the world. I personally think the count must be at least 40 million, and I don't know how it could be lower. Now add all their children.
Women walk across our borders, or crawl, or fly in from every country in the world to give birth, so their children will be American citizens. People who live in Mexico and are anywhere near our border, come to America for the day for their free health care and/or to give birth. Those that have to travel a bit, or a lot, to come for free health care, do that, too. We're freakin' idiots in this country, and they laugh at our stupidity.
Our forefathers would never believe what we are doing after all they did to provide us with this country. We are giving it away with both hands as fast as we can.

From what I was told and it has been my understanding if they have this card,(NO thanks to all 3 of the county commissioners) they do not have a license THEN they are Illegal. Though the individual informing me this forgot about the illegals getting illegal drivers licenses a while back in Perry?
So, without a license and carrying this card, what is the degree of difficulty to hold an illegal alien and stop this senseless crime?

Others realize local law enforcement as well Border Patrol doesn't want to get to involved. Look how easily it was for the uncle to be let go on July 7? To those who say E-verify is the answer. Don't you think employers have already weighed the fine against the savings already? Sometime you need help to get a job done and pay in cash. If the solution was so easy I believe it would have been done already.
Two of the three commissioners that voted for that Matricula Card are no longer Commissioners. Think the ones there now will resend that bill?

Term 5:38. You failed to note the rest of the 3-part plan that is necessary. The first part of the plan is to have a new guest-worker program. I have said that repeatedly. The American businesses who need help in the fields need help. Period. So that must be done. We need a guest-worker program for the fields ONLY. Once that is accomplished (and even before that is accomplished for every other kind of work), then E-Verify is put into work. Any employee after that caught hiring an illegal is punished adequately to prevent it from happening again. And any illegal caught working for them is punished adequately. Aside from that, fix the anchor baby problem and all the free stuff that non-citizens can get in this country, and the problem is fixed. So people need to quit saying we can't fix the problem. Yes we can, and it will be a lot easier than anyone can imagine. After that, they need to completely overhaul our entire legal immigration system. We let so many people into this country in so many ways legally, that the police can't keep track of that, either. And that's enough of that. Just stop legal immigration until we get the illegal problem straightened out, and then ask the American people what they want in the way of legal immigration -- or do not want in the way of legal immigration.
This is 3:25, adding to my post. Also, at the same time (and it was a time when America looked like it was going to start sending the illegal Mexicans home), the Mexican president demanded to know what did we think he was going to do with all his people. He demanded to know how we thought they were going to school and house and find employment for all those people. He was so mad and so indignant that I thought he was going to cry a few times. Their intention is to let them suck America dry while they keep having anchor babies, take over America, open the borders, and that's the end of their problems. The only thing they don't realize is that once Mexicans are in charge of everything, there will be nothing left for them to usurp from hard working Americans, because it will be all gone. Americans are so used to paying for all the illegals health care, and food, and housing, and clothing, and schooling, etc., that we don't even consider it when we are thinking about how hard we work and how far our money doesn't go. But you can be sure the Mexican government and the Mexicans (and the rest of the illegals) are.

The American people are not only taking care of, and paying money to, almost the entire world, we are also taking care of all these illegals. Add to that all the jobs they are taking, etc., and the toll on each American must be staggering. And not only are we paying all of this, we can't afford it to the tune of...what?...trillions of dollars in debt that we borrow from other countries to pay for all of this, and interest on all that money. Yet, when it comes to trying to save money, the government always looks to the American people, the ones who supply them with this money, to short. You always hear them saying we can't afford the Social Security benefits we are paying out, for example, when the cost-of-living raises don't even reflect the rising cost of living. They always take it back to the American people, when it is we who are giving OUR money to everyone else in the entire world as well as all the illegals in this country. How many legals can't afford their health care while we make sure that the illegals are taken care of? I just got done talking to a friend who has worked so hard all her life that she makes me tired just thinking about it, and after surviving breast cancer, she had to quit taking the drug they gave her to try to prevent its return. She just couldn't afford it. We need to get our misdirected politically correct blinders off, stand together, raise our voices, and take back our country. If all of us do it, our government will be forced to do what we demand. I can't stand Donald Trump, but thank God he started talking about this, now we just need to stand up with him to finish it. And if you have a few dollars left after you have made your phone calls, written your letters or emails, and made your signs, then please think about the individuals and groups who are fighting, and maybe throw a couple dollars in their direction to help them continue to fight. Really, we can get these people out of here and force the government to change the reading of the 14th Amendment, etc. if we want to. We've got American soldiers shedding their blood and lives all over the world, while we at home sit here while foreign people just waltz in and take over our country. It's insane. It's just really insane.
Anyone know what time this rally in Painesville will be? Or if a permit has been issued for the other side (VD and friends) to counter rally?

6:01 Yes it does appear we fund the world? An interesting fact I learned recently? Ford plans to move assembly of it's Focus model to Mexico. Cheaper labor? That may have played a part. The cars from Mexico don't have to pay a Tariff like the same car built in Michigan when shipped to a foreign country. We worry abut illegals and at the same time Multi-National Corporation will soon sink us in red ink.
Just think of the many, many thousands of parents with children and children without parents (!) Obama has let in in just the last year. It was up to 40,000 or so a month, wasn't it? Now we have to take care of thousands and thousands more each month as children who cannot speak English continue to flood our borders, and that we will be responsible for until they are 18. And then what? Straight to more welfare, and they'll still have no parents to help them. I mean, are you kidding me? Obama has even set up immigration stations in their own countries now, so they can apply right there and get transported to the U.S., and not have to make the dangerous trip. We're out of our minds, and we are out of time. We need to start fighting now and not quit until we have won this time. And children will continue to rush our borders, because they can get away with it. Their parents will just keep sending them and sending them. They don't care if their children make it unmolested or alive, they'll take the chance, because then maybe some day, if they do make it, that will mean the parents can come, too. And then each of them will bring over 50 of their closest relatives, and so on, and so on. There's probably a billion more on their way, because the thing about illegals is that if you let them in, there is never an end to them. How on earth are Americans sitting by and letting this happen to America? Obama needs to be impeached for treason, and we aren't even marching or speaking out against him and what he is doing to our country. He was just bragging in Africa that if could run again, he could win again. America is going down while Americans watch sitcoms and reality shows and leave the fighting to someone else. We have almost completely lost our country now, so if anyone out there hasn't really noticed, then please notice and help take America back...as much as we still can, anyway. If you are a legal American, then this is your fight, and the time is right now or never, because later will be too late.

He was deporting people, but it was unpopular with the Hispanics, and they started threatening him with their votes, so now he has just virtually opened the borders. And, of course, he's trying to give amnesty to everyone. His deportations are old, old news.

7:21 I believe the ne she is talking about is on Main St. as you go down the hill to the river... On the plus side Painesville presently has no movie theaters.
