"WHITE CHRISTMAS" bing crosby

Well today is Christmas Eve. Wednesday is Christmas.

Hopefully all the shopping is finished and plans are finalized for the next two days. If you ain't got it yet just give them a gift card.

I hope many of you will enjoy spending time with your families and friends. Yet at the same time remember the reason we celebrate this day.

Being Catholic I have made it a practice to attend Midnight Mass at St. Mary's. I have come to believe that is my New Year. A new start to the coming year.

No matter where you attend Christmas services and even if you don't please take the time to spread the Joy to the World.

A friend mentioned to me that the people need a Shepherd? Not a bad idea seems everyone is selfishly heading in one direction. Theirs.

Merry Christmas to one and all.

Merry Christmas to you and to all the folks you care about.
For 2014, PLEASE keep doing what you have been doing. We don't always agree but the important thing is to make people aware. Sometimes they don't like what they hear but that does not make it less important or true.
Thanks.

PUCO regulated AEP announces electric rate cuts across the board for everyone.

The country is awash in electric power.

Typical AEP customer, saves 100 bucks a year.

I also went to Mass on Christmas Eve. I thanked God for a new friendly and more compassionate Pope, a federal government that decided to finally pass a budget, our Ohio State Governor who saw the importance for Medicare funds despite what his party thought!
On the local level, I'm appreciative of our new City Manager because he "appears to listen". We now have a new School Superintendent who is "approachable"and a new School board member who has the respect of students, staff and voters. A republican council woman who is fed up with the status-quo and wants to discuss solutions to the immigration concerns! we're going to have new blood and hopefully new ideas on council. A new Council President.
All in all, I like the changes that happened in 2013.
What will 2014 bring?
