DEJA VU ALL OVER AGAIN

On the 10th of October I sent another question to the city's "Q&A"website.
Got a confirmation No. W000769-101208 But never a response. My questionwhich was;
"Please explain if the Bond up for sale is not purchased, what do we do then?
What was this Bond for? If the Bond is for old debt, whynot just pay it off?
You stated 10% of City investments were in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac?

Thanks in Advance For Your Time.

Just because you put a question mark on the end doesn't make it a question.

Term. Stop wasting my tax money, asking your dumb questions, most of your answers are on ch 12, get those first, then ask the rest, they are not there to answer only your questions, they have other job's to do, give it time man.

Keep asking term I want to know the answer to these and most of the other questions you ask. You must be real close to a nerve. The problem is these questions should have been asked along time ago.

there goes that "bad" city diversifying its investments, using a professional investment management company and then following its recommendatons.

then how about that andy unetic answering an emailed question to him with like some... real answers?

i think we should just clean house up there in the city hall building. what were they thinking?

hey did hal werner open his town hall meeting with the pledge of allegiance? i recall when i went to school there was a flag in every class room because we said the pledge of allegiance and faced to the flag of the United States of America.

i can fix this problem at the schools and i will buy some flags if they need them. i know the american legion and vfw would help out as well. we as veterans acted "irresponsible" as well and stood up for the country and joined the service.

i can't fix them folks in city hall from doing the right thing.
maybe we should keep bitching about them doing the right things for our town and they will stop.

if "bad" andy keeps "it" up he might get a raise.

maddog the lapdog, How could Hal open the meeting if there were no flags, maybe he brought his own?
There are no flags there get off your rearend and look, I did. You must be a city employee that loves all the B.S. Being a city employee I know you have seen more than your fair share of the poor leadership from the administration. Will you live here after you retire? Lapdog is easy to spot hes the one with the brown nose. Maybe not theres alot of brown noses at city hall.

The school had numerous chances to purchase American flags. Why didnt they want to buy them? Look at the demographics probable 25% of your students aren't American citizens, and God forbid if they were made to feel uncomfortable.
What happened to the flags in the old buildings. The Legion or the VFW should not have to purchase any flags.

The citys investments are safe and even showing a profit Mr.Unetic sent me an e-mail yesterday with the answers to my questions. The note is for old debt and we will have flexibility if no one purchases it. Maddog please don't take these comments to heart. It seems if you sign them you recieve that kind of comment. I think any help in getting flags in that school is a plus for all of us,

term, take note that the response does not upset me, because i know i do not fit the description. in fact it is almost as hilarious as what karen posted about me some time back. listen i don't go to the schools because i don't have kids there, when i have business there it is not in the class room.

i can't help note that the poster fails to realize everything is o.k. with the city's investments. you even got a second email from andy unetic. everyone in city hall and city leadership positions are not perfect, some i don't like. but why bitch when they are hitting on all eight cylinders and getting the job done.

and lastly-no i will not live here after i retire. nothing personal but i do not like city living.

i will continue to keep my business in this city and hope to employ some folks in the future. term do you have a forklift license?-i need some one to watch the shop on mondays so i can go to council meetings.

seriously i will buy some flags and donate them. let me know what size, i have a connection. i have dealt with the company in the past and they are very reasonably priced.
